Gas central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed gravelled garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 min walk. Note: As property is next to an A road, some road noise can be heard when outside. Please note: the bath will be replaced with a walk-in shower as of 3 December 2019.
